Short answer
A classic Roblox shirt or pants template is 585 x 559 pixels and a T-shirt is 512 x 512 pixels. Save it as a PNG. Areas outside the template faces are ignored, so leave them transparent, and an empty face shows plain skin color on the character.

The origin is the top left corner of the sheet. The right arm is the character's right, which is on the left when you look at the front. Driplox draws the dotted guides from these numbers.
Why PNG and why transparency
The platform expects a PNG. A PNG can keep see-through pixels, which matters for the parts of the sheet no face uses. Export from Driplox keeps transparency, so those parts stay see-through.
What an empty face looks like
If a face you can see is empty, the character shows plain skin color there. That is fine if you want bare arms. If you do not, fill the area. The checker in Driplox lists empty areas such as arms inside or torso back so you can decide.
What the checker looks at
Before you upload, the checker tests the exact size, the file type, empty areas, whether the front stands out from the skin color, and whether any text is too small. Nothing blocks you except a wrong size or file type.

Do not stretch it. Rebuild it on the right template so every face lines up. Starting from the template in the app avoids the problem.
