Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and FireX Co., Ltd. ("FireX", "we") for Driplox: Skins & Clothes ("Driplox") and Fitpacks (together, "the apps"). By using an app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Who can use the apps

If you are under 13, please use the apps together with a parent or guardian. Purchases are for adults. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and to any purchase for you.

2. What the apps do

The apps help you design clothing images, such as classic shirt, pants and T-shirt templates, preview them on a 3D mannequin, save them as images and learn how to upload them to a game platform yourself. Driplox also has AI design tools, video export and a paid plan called Pro. Fitpacks is free with ads and has style packs.

We use the name "Roblox" only to describe which template sizes our designs are made for.

3. Roblox

• The apps are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Roblox Corporation.
• Roblox Corporation is not responsible for the apps and is not liable for them or for anything you do with them.
• Roblox Corporation does not provide support for the apps. Please contact us instead, at support@driplox.com.
• By using the apps you release Roblox Corporation and its affiliates from any claims that arise out of your use of the apps.
• Uploading to Roblox and selling there happen on Roblox's own website under Roblox's own terms. We do not upload anything for you, and we cannot promise that Roblox will accept, approve or keep anything you upload.

Information, not advice: as Roblox described its rules in July 2026, uploading a clothing item costs a fee in Robux, uploading needs identity verification or a linked parent account, selling needs a paid Roblox membership with two-step verification, and Roblox keeps a share of each sale. Roblox sets these rules and can change them at any time. Check Roblox for what applies to you today. We do not set, control or guarantee them.

4. Pro, subscriptions and trials (Driplox)

• Driplox Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. The plans and prices are shown on the purchase screen, in your local currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price shown for the plan.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
• A free trial is offered only when your Apple Account is eligible, and only once. The screen shows the trial and what you are charged after it ends. If you buy a subscription during a trial, the rest of the trial is lost.
• Refunds for subscriptions and credits are handled by Apple. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. AI credits

Credits pay for AI designs. Some come with your plan and you can buy more. Credits are not money, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash and have no value outside the app. Credit purchases are not refundable except where the law requires it. A design that fails to be made does not use credits.

6. Your designs and AI results

You keep the rights to what you create. You give us only the permission we need to run the features you use, for example to make an AI result for you. Designs stay on your phone, and we do not use them for anything else.

Built-in stickers, textures, fonts and packs can be used inside your own designs, including designs you upload or sell. You may not resell or share the packs as files on their own.

AI results are made by a computer and can look like results made for other people. They are marked as AI-generated in the app. You are responsible for checking an AI result before you use it anywhere, including on a game platform.

7. What you may not do

• Use another person's or company's trademark, logo, brand or character in a way that suggests you own it or are connected to it.
• Pretend to be someone else, including a real person, a creator or a company.
• Make content that is sexual, hateful, violent toward real people, or that targets or harms children.
• Put faces or photos of real people into the AI features.
• Break the rules of the platform where you upload your designs, or use the apps to buy, sell or trade accounts, currency or items against its rules.
• Copy, reverse engineer, scrape or automate the apps or our servers, or try to get around credits, limits or checks.

We may stop an AI request, remove access or end your use of the apps if you break these rules.

8. Changes and availability

We may change, pause or end features or an app. If we end something you paid for, we will tell you and handle it fairly under the law. We may update these terms. If a change matters, we show a notice in the app before it applies. If you keep using the app after that, you accept the new terms.

9. Disclaimer and limits

The apps are provided as they are. We try to keep them working and accurate, but we cannot promise they will always run without errors or that every design will be accepted by a game platform. As far as the law allows, FireX is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for a claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited, including consumer rights.

10. Governing law

These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to the competent court in Korea. If you are a consumer in another country, the mandatory consumer protections of that country still apply to you.
